Decent property. Cookies or popcorn treat at check in are nice. Lobby and common areas are nice. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and very friendly. Breakfast is included and nice. Staff was excellent and was tipped. Great selection of food and ok quality .

The generosity of the housekeepers. We made conversation in the hallways and elevator often. Wonderful experiment everytime. The front desk staff was friendly if spoken to first.

Very nice property, staff was Excellent, breakfast was great!! Small store for incidentals, sweet treat, or a cold drink. Snacks and water at checkin. Staff was amazing and very personable / friendly.

Very clean and comfortable. Very nice rooms with all the standard amenities. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I was able to check in early without any trouble.

I have stayed at this property several times, and have never been disappointed. The facility is beautifully decorated, always clean, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Comfort Suites Bay City will always be my choice, when I visit.

Everything! The staff, the breakfast, the rooms (they where clean and comfy). The only opportunity is the location, but the value for money is great!!

The hotel was very clean. I could not believe that it's been there all those years and is in such great shape and still very clean l. The staff was awesome! They were very friendly and kind.
